How far in advance should we book our wedding photographer?

It’s always best to book as early as possible, especially if your wedding is during peak season. I recommend booking at least 6-12 months in advance to secure your date, but feel free to reach out if your wedding is sooner—I’ll do my best to accommodate even at short notice.

I offer bespoke packages, so the coverage time is completely up to you. We can tailor it to fit your needs, whether it’s just a few hours for the ceremony or all-day coverage from getting ready to the evening celebrations.

While I don’t require a detailed shot list, I always encourage couples to let me know about any special moments or important people you want captured. I prefer to focus on candid moments, but if there are certain must-have shots, I’ll make sure they’re included where possible and this includes any lists.

I like to keep things relaxed and natural, but I’ll give gentle prompts when needed, however I prefer to capture real, unposed moments that reflect your true selves. No awkward, cheesy poses here!

No worries! I’m experienced at working in all weather conditions. If it rains, we can either adapt with indoor shots or find a dry spot for photos. I always make sure we have a plan B so you don’t have to stress. Or maybe you’d like to have a dance in the rain J

I aim to provide a sneak peek within 48 hours, and the full gallery will be ready within 6-10 weeks. It may be a little sooner if your wedding falls outside of peak season.

I offer an online gallery as part of all my packages, but if you would like a USB, that can be added as an option. Your gallery is secure, password-protected, and easy to share with family and friends but only available online for 12 months, so please download and save all images.

Absolutely! I’m happy to travel anywhere for your wedding day. Travel costs will depend on the location, but I’ll make sure to discuss this with you in advance to ensure everything is clear. I do like to make sure I am close by the night before if you are planning on getting married outside of Suffolk, so I would also maybe consider staying

away in my campervan to make sure I am close by and not getting caught up in any traffic delays…. This way it is peace of mind for all of us.

Don’t stress! I completely understand that weddings can run behind schedule. If you’re running a little late, just let me know, and I’ll adjust accordingly.

I understand how important your wedding day is, and I take my commitment to you seriously. If in the rare event that I’m unable to attend due to illness or an emergency, I have a network of trusted, professional photographers that I can call on to step in and ensure your day is covered. I will always do everything I can to make sure you’re in great hands, and I will work with you to find the best solution if something unexpected arises.

It’s simple! Just reach out to me through the contact form or via email to check my availability. Once you’ve confirmed your date, I’ll send over a contract and deposit details to secure your booking.

Yes, I am fully insured with a policy through PolicyBee who specialise in photography insurance, so you can have peace of mind knowing that I have professional indemnity and public liability.
